Unitek Learning seeks a Partnership Development Specialist to cultivate and manage clinical education partnerships in healthcare. You will visit hospitals and health systems, understand partner needs, and negotiate agreements to place nursing students in clinical opportunities.

The role is field-based with substantial travel, focused on building trusted relationships with executives and department leaders to expand clinical placements and strengthen workforce development.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in sales or business development are preferred.
• Experience in outside sales, recruiting, employer relations, staffing or healthcare partnerships encouraged.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable transportation and a safe driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Build excellent, trusted relationships with clinical education departments, healthcare leaders, and key decision-makers through regular face-to-face visits and follow-up.
• Identify and pursue new clinical partnership opportunities within an assigned territory and expand existing partnerships.
• Present partnership opportunities, address questions and negotiate agreements to secure clinical placements.
• Represent Unitek at healthcare events, conferences, and community networking opportunities.
• Track outreach, meetings, opportunities, agreements, and follow-up activity in the CRM; travel about 70% of time.
