Job summary

Precision Scans is seeking a driven Business Development & Marketing Representative to expand our client base across hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare facilities in California and Nevada.

This 100% field-based role emphasizes in-person outreach, relationship building, and timely follow-up to secure new business and foster ongoing partnerships. A background in sales with healthcare experience is preferred, along with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; healthcare or staffing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a clinical/hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and maintain, service, and grow existing client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, clinics, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities across the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily in-person visits and drop-ins to prospective and existing client facilities to build and maintain relationships.
• Introduce Precision Scans's staffing services to key decision-makers such as department managers, HR, nursing offices, and administrators.
• Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations of our services and rate schedule.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and staffing requests to convert prospects into active clients.
