Job summary

Precision Scans is seeking a driven Business Development & Marketing Representative to grow our client base of hospitals, imaging centers, surgical centers and healthcare facilities.

This 100% field-based role emphasizes in-person outreach, relationship building, and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree, at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across CA and NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; healthcare or staffing background preferred.
• Comfortable with daily field work and in-person prospecting.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and grow existing client relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across hospitals, imaging centers and clinics.
• Conduct daily in-person visits to prospective and existing facilities.
• Present staffing services to key decision-makers and HR offices.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up to convert prospects.
• Maintain accurate outreach records and report market insights.
