Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Massachusetts is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to advance field-based sales in the Quincy/Braintree area. You will engage with healthcare decision-makers, generate referrals, and expand our ABA therapy access to families in need.

The role offers a base salary of $75K with mileage reimbursement and an OTE of $135K–$150K, reflecting your performance and market activity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits, networking, and events.
• Maintain and qualify the referral pipeline in Salesforce and report on progress.
• Develop territory plans to meet goals and expand market share.
• Plan and execute events and outreach to generate leads and awareness.
