Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative in Freehold, NJ. This field-based role focuses on lead generation, referral source development, and campaign execution to shorten autism diagnosis wait times and expand ABA therapy access.

You will manage a robust referral pipeline with Salesforce, travel within the territory, and collaborate across Growth, Marketing, and Admissions to optimize the funnel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce or CRM experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify and grow relationships with referral sources; conduct outbound outreach and field visits; qualify and document lead potential.
• Salesforce & Pipeline Management: log outreach, maintain pipeline visibility, and support funnel optimization with Sales Ops.
• Territory Development: align outreach with territory goals and market priorities; refine targeting with managers.
• Event Strategy & Execution: plan and lead field events and education sessions; capture leads and manage follow-up.
• Collaboration & Reporting: coordinate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions; submit regular reports and participate in weekly sales calls.
