Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and establish strong relationships with families and referral sources. This field-based role requires engaging healthcare decision-makers and managing a dynamic pipeline to expand access to ABA therapy services.

The position offers a base salary of $75K–$80K with mileage reimbursement, and an OTE of $135K–$150K, reflecting performance and market growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales/outreach/business development experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.
• Salesforce or CRM experience required and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with prospective referral sources (pediatricians, school counselors, therapists, etc.).
• Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits, networking, and field drop-ins.
• Execute weekly prospecting plan to source new opportunities and support market share expansion.
• Qualify and document lead potential, partner alignment, and readiness for engagement.
• Log all outreach, notes, referrals, and contacts in Salesforce daily.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops to resolve barriers to conversion.
