Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, healthcare sales, or provider relations.
• Experience with ABA, autism services, or pediatric healthcare is preferred.
• Proven success in building referral networks and meeting growth targets.
• Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in approaching physicians, schools, and community partners.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral sources across the Charlotte market.
• Identify community partnerships with pediatricians and schools.
• Conduct in-field visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Execute a territory growth plan and track progress in CRM.
• Educate partners about ABA therapy and Autism 360 programs.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and drive new referrals.
