Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT capabilities into practical opportunities across payer and provider environments. You will collaborate with health systems and cross-functional teams to optimize EHR-enabled tools, clinical workflows, and patient identification.

You will support account planning, education on HIT resources, and governance adherence while working within GSK policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and HIT.
Customer-facing experience with EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and engagement.
Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other units.
