• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and healthcare experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in patient-care settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms and healthcare data workflows.
• Customer-facing experience and governance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other units.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance.
