Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and trends.
