Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in healthcare/pharma industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics/EHR roles (hospital/clinic).

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows.
• Assess EHR readiness and data insights to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and mapping to care pathways.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Coordinate customer support and field input on scalable tools.
