You will prospect with families, pediatricians, schools, and local partners while managing a robust sales funnel to support autism services access.

The role emphasizes healthcare outreach, field presence, and collaboration with Growth and Admissions. A strong track record in field sales and CRM usage is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify and grow relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Salesforce & Pipeline Management: log outreach and manage status and follow-ups daily.
• Territory Development: align outreach with territory goals and market priorities.
• Event Strategy & Execution: plan and lead field events and outreach opportunities.
• Collaboration & Reporting: coordinate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions; report on outreach and events.
