Qualifications

• Experience in agency relationship management or MGA marketing.
• Willingness to travel across Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate agencies for partnership and acquisition.
• Visit agency partners in person and maintain regular touchpoints.
• Lead onboarding for new agents and manage program eligibility.
