Job summary

National Tank & Equipment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the Oklahoma City/El Reno territory by building trusted customer relationships and identifying rental needs. You will own activity in the field, spend significant time visiting customers, and partner with branch teams to deliver on commitments.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience in equipment rental or related industries, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent field experience.
• 3+ years outside sales experience in equipment rental or related industries.
• Pass DOT physical and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused territory plan for existing and prospective customers.
• Engage customers with site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to grow accounts.
• Prepare proposals and support pricing discussions.
• Document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM; maintain accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure safe and successful execution.
