Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Global Marketing Manager to drive the Endourology portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and product management to launch new products and optimize the portfolio for growth.

We expect at least 3 years of life sciences marketing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 25%. This role is based in Covington, GA, with on-site work expectations and a track record of global product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years progressive marketing or commercial experience in the life sciences.
• Leadership presence with ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; build trust across diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with track record translating vision into actionable marketing plans.
• Proven success in leading global product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to hit revenue and profitability targets and launch new products.
• Collaborate with sales and other leaders to capture commercial opportunities.
• Improve customer experience via demand/supply planning and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns grounded in customer insights and clinical evidence.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies addressing unmet needs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethics within the team.
