Job summary

Work Creation Program in Irvine, CA is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support adults with developmental disabilities in the community. This hands-on, field-based role is not a desk job and requires a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Reliable vehicle with current auto registration and insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
• Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
• Able to work consistently full‑time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Train and support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals.
• Help clients build skills in work, social interactions, and community involvement.
• Act as a mentor and advocate for clients in public and work environments.
• Monitor progress and communicate with the team regarding each client's development.
