Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
• Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Train and support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals.
• Help clients build skills in work, social interactions, and community involvement.
• Act as a mentor and advocate for clients in public and work environments.
• Monitor progress and communicate with the team regarding each client's development.
