Job summary

Work Creation Program is hiring a Job Coach - Field Support in the San Fernando Valley area. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on mentoring adults with developmental disabilities, guiding them toward independence in daily activities and community engagement.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with $0.70 per mile reimbursement and full benefits after a 60-day period. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, in Culver City, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Spanish language ability is a plus for serving diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Train and support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals.
• Help clients build skills in work, social interactions, and community involvement.
• Act as a mentor and advocate for clients in public and work environments.
• Monitor progress and communicate with the team regarding each client's development.
