Integrated Resource Institute is seeking an Employment Coach in the Central Orange County area to mentor and support individuals with developmental disabilities at job sites and assist with job development. The role emphasizes health, safety, and quality of life, using PBIS and person-centered strategies to secure competitive employment.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Job development and on-the-job support experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities in community settings preferred.
