Job summary

Roche seeks a Digital Sales Specialist - Central Lab to drive the Navify digital portfolio sales to IHN, hospital, and reference labs in the Indiana/Kentucky/Missouri region. This field-based role requires consultative sales expertise, lab workflow know-how, and strong stakeholder engagement across Roche teams and customer sites.

You will deliver customized demos, design digital solutions with cross-functional partners, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle while traveling ~75%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant or equivalent experience in healthcare digital solutions sales or laboratory diagnostics sales.
• Autonomous and organized with strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand across Core Lab and Navify products (middleware, connectivity, informatics, apps).
• Deliver demos and tailored technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to align on total solution sales strategies.
• Conduct lab workflow analysis and develop solution proposals for customers.
