Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to educate dealer partners, train teams, and expand the Westlake program across a regional market. You will manage current dealers, acquire new contacts, and drive funding opportunities in a fast-paced field role.

You will travel locally, train partners on programs, and ensure quality service delivery. The position offers full-time benefits and potential for a six-figure income based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales is required.
• 1–2 years of sales success with a proven track record.
• A college degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals for dealership partners.
• Identify sales prospects and manage dealer accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships across assigned areas.
• Communicate program details and funding requirements effectively.
• Assist with sales contracts and documentation for Westlake.
• Stay updated on financial products and training materials.
• Represent the company at marketing events and seminars.
