Job summary

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, maintain records, and collaborate with regional centers, parents, and other stakeholders, while ensuring safety, emergency readiness, and compliant budgeting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Direct Support experience.
• Reliable vehicle and CA driver license.
• Current CA auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Active CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Caseload coordination, ensuring IPP/ISP health plans are implemented and consumer satisfaction is tracked.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and train in support, documentation, and safety procedures.
• Prepare for emergencies, participate in disaster planning, and ensure safety and IIPP compliance.
• Monitor POS authorizations, attendance, and payroll documents for direct reports.
• Support ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in the field.
• Maintain regular communication with Regional Center, parents/conservators, and stakeholders.
• Maintain on-call status and provide on-site support when needed.
