Qualifications

• At least two years of supervisory experience in Human Services with I/DD populations.
• At least one year of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
• Experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and development for direct support staff.
• Perform on-site assessments, documentation, reports, and ensure agency compliance.
• Develop and implement plans, goals, and celebrations for clients.
• Spend 75% of time in direct client contact and 25% on administrative duties.
