You will advocate for clients, help with daily living activities, attend medical appointments, and support IPP/ISP goals while maintaining safety and dignity. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Positive attitude and good judgment are essential.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the care of the client, including grooming, bathing, and hygiene needs.
• Support client in medical appointments, social activities, and leisure.
• Assist with emergency procedures and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain daily notes, IPP/ISP goal coaching, and progress tracking.
• Promote healthy life choices during meal prep and purchases.
• Keep a clean, safe home environment and report issues promptly.
• Report incidents and unusual activities to the supervisor.
