Job summary

Greenturf Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Manager / Business Developer who thrives on cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning vision into results in the field.

You’ll manage key accounts, develop new business, and drive growth for client properties. You’ll be out on sites, building long-term client partnerships, recommending landscape enhancements, and collaborating with operations to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape management or horticulture.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, building long-term relationships.
• Identify and recommend landscape enhancements and improvements.
• Walk properties regularly to assess conditions and proactively solve issues.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and strategic recommendations.
