Job summary

PSC Distribution Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales Representative to develop new commercial business, manage projects from lead to completion, and build long-term customer relationships.

The role requires travel to customer sites and close collaboration with contractors, municipalities, and vendor partners. The candidate will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Experience preparing project quotations and managing commercial projects.
• CRM and account management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or associates degree in relevant field preferred.
• Sales or construction technology training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial accounts through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building activities.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for commercial projects and follow up to maximize awarded work.
• Manage awarded projects from order entry through final completion and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong vendor relations and leverage manufacturer resources to support projects.
