Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to provide clinical and technical expertise to Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotics customers. You will train physicians and hospital staff, maintain hardware/software, and perform on-site installations and service tasks across the territory while traveling as required.

The role requires driving within the district, strong customer relations, and adherence to quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor’s with 2 years in similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support to customers.
• Train customers and physicians on technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware/software and perform on-site installations and upgrades.
• Travel within territory; support NRCs, Surgical Synergy team and sales colleagues.
