Medtronic plc is seeking a Sr Clinical Specialist in the Minneapolis region to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotics products. The role requires residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts, with 25% travel outside the territory.

Extensive clinical and technical proficiency will be applied to training, support, and service for customers across OR, Radiology, and Biomedical teams. The candidate will collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy teams, install and upgrade

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience with a strong field orientation.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree with relevant clinical or sales experience.
• For U.S. roles, US work authorization and ability to travel within region are required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with customers.
• Provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures and maintain system hardware/software.
• Install software/hardware upgrades and perform system preventative maintenance.
• Offer telephone clinical support and act as primary liaison for repair and technical support issues.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on procedures and technologies.
• Prepare and file weekly site visit and customer contact reports for service improvement.
