Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with image-guided systems and MRI operating room settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installations and support at customer sites.
• Provide technical assistance during procedures.
• Maintain hardware and software, perform upgrades.
• Deliver telephone clinical support and training to customers.
• Prepare customer reports and ensure full resolution with teams.
