Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks an Associate Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, sustaining long-term relationships and driving ancillary sales within the Senior Account Manager's portfolio.

You will build and maintain client relationships, conduct site walkthroughs, propose enhancements, and ensure renewals while contributing to branch goals and service delivery. Travel to job sites and client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in landscape or service industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
• Ensure renewals of each assigned account within the customer portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Manage service delivery to the specified scope of work.
• Maintain gross margins on base and ancillary services.
• Coordinate with the Branch Administrator to update client information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
