You will own market share expansion, manage Builders, Contractors, and Influencers relationships, and present product knowledge to design centers and engineering teams.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, forecasting demand, and collaborating with Marketing and Engineering to stay ahead of competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in field sales and account development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own market share growth and drive sales objectives in the region.
• Build relationships with Builders, Contractors, and Influencers to drive product adoption.
• Present product knowledge and technical presentations to design centers and engineering teams.
• Maintain market intelligence and report monthly territory metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Key Accounts to forecast demand.
