Job summary

Snelling Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing markets. This field-based role mixes field visits with office strategy sessions to expand client partnerships and optimize workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial clients
• Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings
• Identify staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing with prospective clients
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
• Track sales activity, pipeline management, and business development efforts through CRM systems
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and community business meetings
