Lightspeed Restoration of the Main Line is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our network of referral partners in the Philadelphia area. This hands-on, relationship-driven role involves developing partnerships with plumbers, property managers, insurers, contractors, and commercial property owners who regularly encounter water damage and restoration needs.

You will work directly with ownership to pursue strategic opportunities, manage your territory, and drive long-term

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Proven success building professional relationships and generating new business.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation until eligible for a company vehicle.
• Experience in property restoration, construction, plumbing, HVAC, insurance, or property management is a plus.
• Established network of Philadelphia/Main Line professionals is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners in the greater Philadelphia area.
• Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, real estate pros, contractors, and commercial facility managers.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts (apartments, offices, HOAs, senior living, etc.).
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking events.
• Establish Lightspeed Restoration as a trusted resource for emergency restoration services.
• Maintain regular communication with referral partners and ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales activities, relationships, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to hit revenue targets.
• Represent Lightspeed at community events and industry functions.
