Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Simpsonville & Greer is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth with new customers in the field. The role focuses on hunting for opportunities, building relationships, and bringing in new business for Voda.

You will prospect, schedule visits, and close deals, while maintaining a robust CRM and achieving monthly sales targets. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales.
• Self-motivated and competitive.
• Organized and persistent.
• Comfortable working independently and in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in sales, restoration, cleaning, construction, property management, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities.
• Make cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with property owners, managers, businesses, contractors, and referral partners.
• Generate new cleaning and restoration opportunities.
• Develop recurring customers and large project opportunities.
• Schedule appointments, walkthroughs, and estimates.
• Follow up with prospects and close new business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Represent Voda professionally in the community.
