VODA Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Memphis is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence across the Greater Memphis and Mid-South market. This field-based role focuses on relationship-building, territory development, and driving growth for a growing restoration company.

You will develop a targeted plan, connect with insurance offices, plumbers, property managers, and hotels, and create a steady pipeline of referral opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule.
• Persistent with a long-term focus on building referral networks.
• Organized and able to document activity, contacts, meetings, and opportunities.
• Comfortable making in-person visits, calls, and networking with diverse partners.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted business development plan for your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with insurance agents and offices.
• Develop referral partnerships with plumbers and plumbing companies.
• Visit apartment communities and property management companies.
• Identify businesses and professionals who can become referral partners.
• Make outbound calls and conduct face-to-face business visits.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver VODA marketing materials and explain services.
• Maintain an organized database of contacts and opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and referral opportunities for VODA.
• Coordinate warm handoffs between referral sources, customers, and operations.
• Attend networking events when appropriate.
• Work closely with ownership and operations to identify opportunities.
