Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum Business, is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business client base in Chesapeake, VA. You’ll prospect, consult, and close sales for data, phone, video, and mobile services in a field role.

You'll use CRM tools, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The position includes base pay plus commissions and occasional office days, with opportunities for growth within Spectrum's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
Valid and active State driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business within assigned sales territory.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions.
Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using required tools.
Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution.
Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with products and strategies.
Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
