Job summary

Spectrum Business, a part of Charter Communications, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business within your assigned territory in the United States. You will deliver Spectrum's communication solutions to small businesses and manage the sales cycle from first contact to close.

Daily field-based responsibilities include prospecting, needs analyses, and presenting data, phone, video and mobile services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Valid and active State driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
