All Dry Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to establish and grow referral partnerships for property restoration services. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with property managers, facility managers, agents, and contractors to create a steady pipeline.

The position offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus uncapped commission and six-figure earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must-have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Restoration experience is a plus but not required.
• Background in sales, insurance, property management, construction, facilities or home services translates well.

Responsibilities

• Build a target list of referral sources in the Louisville area.
• Meet with sources via scheduled meetings and cold introductions.
• Explain services and the value of fast response and quality.
• Maintain relationships after initial conversations.
• Manage pipeline and activity through CRM.
• Hand off referrals to operations when a live job is won.
• Close the loop with the referrer.
