Job summary

Facility Compliance Services LLC, part of the Altus Fire & Life Safety family, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Berlin, CT to drive new ARR through multi-year ITM agreements across fire and life safety service lines.

The role is field-based (typically 3–4 field days and 1–2 office days per week) and requires disciplined planning, strong time management, and relentless sales activity across commercial real estate and mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and securing multi-year ITM contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Drive recurring annual revenue growth through ITM agreements across fire and life safety service lines.
• Manage time effectively with a field-based schedule and office days.
