Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks a National Business Development Manager to drive multi-site fire protection service contracts across the Southeast. This remote role targets large enterprise clients and national accounts with significant annual recurring revenue.

You will hunt, qualify, and close opportunities, coordinate RFP responses, negotiate MSAs, and work with field teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to service. Expect extensive travel and a $2M quota in the second year.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in B2B sales and national accounts, life safety, fire protection.
• Proven track record hitting $2M+ annual recurring revenue in 2nd year.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and AHJ requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering; NICET certs are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet national decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hunt national and regional accounts (Fortune 1000, multi-site groups).
• Present a consolidated national service program for life-safety systems.
• Lead large RFP responses, coordinating with estimating and operations for pricing.
• Negotiate multi-year MSAs with complex terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with local branches and national coordinators for seamless handoff.
• Maintain a rigorous Salesforce pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
