WestPro Home Exteriors is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive field sales across the Front Range. You’ll meet HOA managers and decision-makers in person, build lasting relationships, and manage a $30,000 outreach budget.

This full-time role offers a base salary with commission, company vehicle, gas card, phone, and computer. You’ll report to Sales Leadership and thrive in an autonomous environment in Longmont, CO.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years B2B or outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting HOA Managers and multi-family decision-makers daily.
• Build and manage relationships long-term through in-person, phone and digital nurture.
• Run a scheduled visit calendar with in-person visits.
• Host and attend lunch & learns, educational and networking events.
• Manage your own $30,000 annual outreach budget.
• Track progress and report to Sales Leadership; collaborate with the team.
• Host and attend after-hours events.
