WestPro is seeking motivated field marketing representatives to visit residential neighborhoods in Longmont, CO and discuss free roof, siding, and window estimates. You earn $275 per scheduled appointment with no selling required.

We provide full training and $75/day in training pay for the first two weeks (up to $900), which is earned back through lead production. Typical hours are late afternoon to early evening, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• No specific experience required; hospitality/retail/customer service backgrounds perform well.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to walk several miles.
• Must pass a background check.

As a field rep, you'll visit residential neighborhoods where we are doing projects, talk to neighboring homeowners, and offer free roof, siding, and window estimates. When a homeowner agrees to an estimate appointment with us, you earn $275 per scheduled appointment - No selling required.# We provide full training and $75/day in training pay for your first two weeks (up to $900), which is earned back through lead production. Most reps exceed this within their first few days.
