Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field Outreach: Make regular in-person visits to HOA and property management companies; represent the company professionally; build familiarity and trust.
• Lead Generation: Identify target companies; conduct outreach via phone and email; set meetings and coordinate appointments.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects; track interactions; support long-term relationship development.
• Organization & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM; manage schedules, outreach lists, and follow-ups; report activity and results.
