Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for a dedicated team of technicians and clients in the clients' natural environment. The role includes assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and training/mentoring staff, all while collaborating with Field Coordinators and Regional Directors.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA with experience supervising the implementation of ABA‑based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Licensed in the state you will be working in or able to obtain the required state licensure prior to your date of hire.
• Dedicated to providing high‑quality, outcomes‑based care to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments in the clients natural environment to deeply understand their needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence‑based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support the RBTs working on your child’s team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress.
