Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is a growing ABA therapy provider in Maryland, dedicated to unlocking the potential of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a field-based BCBA, you will bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities, guiding families and coordinating with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

You will travel to client locations, develop tailored plans, supervise RBTs, and mentor upcoming clinicians within a BHCOE-accredited training site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A genuine dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments and develop plans.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field to ensure quality of care.
• Partner with families through education and coaching for daily integration of strategies.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
