• Two+ years in a B2B outside sales role with hunter mindset.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding new-logo targets in a quota environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills; lead by example.
• CRM proficiency and field reporting to manage pipeline and forecast.
