Job summary

ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services in Woodbury, MN seeks an experienced Outside Sales / Business Development Representative. This in-person role focuses on developing new B2B relationships, managing a field sales pipeline, and delivering an exceptional client experience with our restoration services.

You’ll meet decision-makers, build trust, and own client relationships from initial contact through ongoing partnerships, while working with leadership and operations to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outside sales experience
• Ability to generate new business and prospect from scratch
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Knowledge of restoration/construction or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B relationships and referral partnerships in the Twin Cities
• Prospect for and create new business opportunities
• Build relationships with decision-makers and referral sources
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales meetings and field visits
• Network within assigned target markets
• Develop new accounts from initial contact to ongoing relationships
• Take ownership of client relationships and stay engaged after referrals or sales
• Grow and strengthen existing client relationships
• Learn ICC's restoration services and practical property damage concepts
• Explain next steps and involve ICC resources when needed
• Manage schedule and sales pipeline independently
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up
• Meet sales activity and KPIs
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to deliver exceptional client experience
