Job summary

Chicago Water & Fire Restoration seeks a seasoned business development professional to own and grow our commercial property relationships. You’ll be in the field, meeting decision-makers such as property managers, facility managers, building owners, asset managers, engineers, and other executives responsible for protecting commercial properties.

Expect four days weekly in the field building partnerships, opening doors, developing accounts, and positioning CWF Restoration as the first call when

Qualifications

• Background in commercial real estate, property management, construction, restoration, insurance, facilities services, or B2B sales.
• Ability to build relationships with property managers, facility directors, ownership groups and decision-makers.
• Confident in closing without hard selling and establishing trust quickly.
• Willingness to prospect and manage both single properties and large portfolios.
• Willingness to travel four days a week for field development.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow commercial property relationships for CWF Restoration.
• Meet decision-makers in the field, open doors and develop accounts.
• Position CWF Restoration as the first call when disaster strikes.
• Spend four days a week in the field building partnerships and reviewing accounts.
• Travel locally; company vehicle and gas provided.
