Job summary

TIMAC AGRO USA in Virginia seeks a field sales consultant to build relationships with growers, educate customers on our soil and plant nutrition products, and drive sustainable agricultural results. You will listen to needs, tailor recommendations, and become a trusted advisor who helps growers improve yields and profitability.

You will travel within your territory, conduct field demonstrations, collect data, present outcomes at meetings and events, and develop a proactive sales plan to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or motivation to learn.
• Vision to develop and execute a strategic plan.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Ability to build reliable relationships.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Educate growers and retailers about Timac products and benefits.
• Listen to customer needs and preferences.
• Travel within territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Set up field demonstrations and collect data.
• Represent Timac at events and meetings.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for the area.
