Job summary

TIMAC AGRO in Virginia seeks a field sales consultant to drive growth by building relationships with growers and educating them on soil and plant nutrition technologies. You will travel across your territory, introduce products, and conduct field demonstrations to capture data for future sales.

You will also represent Timac at industry events, listen to customer needs, and develop a strategic sales plan to expand Timac's footprint in your area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience (or motivation to learn).
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies to improve profitability and sustainability.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, needs and preferences.
• Travel within your territory to meet prospects and current customers and introduce products.
• Set up field demonstrations and collect data to generate future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers' meetings and industry events.
• Develop your sales strategy to introduce products in your assigned area.
